• Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders above ₹5,000. For orders below this value, standard shipping charges apply.
• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your delivery (or generation of the tracking number).
• Condition: Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
• Process: To initiate a return, please email us first. Returns sent without prior email intimation may not be accepted.

We strive to deliver perfection at Meera's Closet. However, if you face an issue with your order, we accept returns on unworn items within 7 days of receipt (or tracking generation) under the following circumstances only:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.
• The item arrived damaged (e.g., damaged packaging/not as expected).
• Delivery exceeded the estimated timeline.
• The courier did not allow inspection of goods prior to payment.

How to Return:

1. Email Us: You must inform us via email regarding your return request before shipping the item.
2. Packaging: The product must be returned unworn and in its original condition.
3. Safety: Please ensure the item is safety-wrapped and packed in a carton box (preferably the original shipping carton) to prevent damage during transit.
