Your satisfaction with your Meera's Closet purchase is our top priority. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for all returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility Window
We offer a customer-friendly policy for all domestic orders within India:
- Return/Exchange Request: You must raise a request within 7 days of your order delivery date.
- Initiation: All requests must be sent via email to our dedicated returns team at returns@meeras-closet.com.
- Late Requests: Requests submitted after the 7-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.
2. Conditions for Acceptance
To ensure a smooth return process, the item must meet these criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We cannot accept items with makeup stains, perfume odors, or visible signs of wear.
- Original State: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including poly bags and protective coverings.
- Tags: All original product tags and labels must remain securely attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your original invoice inside the return package.
3. Items Excluded from Return
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or altered garments specifically requested by the customer.
- Items purchased during Clearance Sales or Festive Flash Sales (50% off or more).
- International Orders (shipped outside of India).
- Accessories and jewelry due to hygiene reasons.
4. Refund Method and Processing
- Standard Refund: For size issues or change of mind, the refund is issued as Store Credit (Gift Voucher). This voucher is valid for 6 months for any future purchase.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, we offer a full refund to your original payment source.
- Mandatory: An unboxing video is required to claim a refund for defective or damaged items.
- Processing Time: Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes Quality Check (QC), your store credit or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchange Process (Size Issues)
- Limit: An order is eligible for a size exchange only once.
- Availability: If the required size is out of stock, we will issue Store Credit instead.
6. Shipping Costs
- Our Error: If we sent the wrong item or a defective product, reverse pickup is Free.
- Size/Preference: For standard exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (subsidized pickup may be available upon request).
